Return Process

  Log into your Swyft account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to begin the digital return authorization.

  Prepare the Item

  Disassemble your modular furniture and place it back into its original protective packaging to ensure a safe transit back to our warehouse.

  Schedule Collection

  Choose a convenient date and time for our specialized courier team to collect the items directly from your room of choice.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
